Sencha Green Tea,
Grew in Wazuka-cho, Soraku-gun district in the Kyoto Prefecture; this is Classic Japanese green tea, cultivated in a stress free environment in full sunlight.
Grassy and delicate with pleasant sweet notes of white chocolate and cocoa butter.
Dry finish with light tannins and umami notes.
Ideal for breakfast, pairs well with lightly sweetened buttery pastries (French Croissant, Almond flour based pastries, Pecan butter tarts).
